REFLECTING MIRRORS
-I’d love for the Sun to do strange things.
-Strange things?
-Yeah, I don’t know.
-But how strange things?
-What if, for example, that the light coming through that square window reaches the floor in a round shape, or that the shadow of a dog is shaped like… a flower!
-Ah, but you want to do magic.
-No. I want to do it for real…
-I’m sure they’ll invent something to do that when you grow up.
-I hope so.

This installation is a round trip. On the wall, we see the result of a projection that bounces off mirrors placed on the floor. At first, the projection seems to be a simple reflection of light; but then… it is.
This installation was part of the exhibition “They Speak Light,” curated by Luisa Álvarez in 2018.
