METROPOLIS, 30 YEARS AT THE AVANT-GARDE

The TVE2 program “Metrópolis” has been, for decades, a privileged witness to artistic avant-gardes both within and outside of Spain. The Canal Foundation and Televisión Española are co-producing an ambitious exhibition that, using the program’s documentary archive as its basis, traces the main milestones that have shaped cultural trends over the last 30 years in the visual arts, plastic arts, and performing arts.
