ABOUT: This audiovisual mural was commissioned by elBullifoundation for the former dining room of the elBulli restaurant. Ferran wanted to represent, in numbers, what happened during a service at the restaurant. To achieve this, we came up with the idea of ​​displaying all the numbers on the wall of the dining room itself and illuminating them with the relevant explanations so that the public would know what those quantities represented.

For example, one of the figures to highlight is that each waiter traveled 10 km per service, the menu consisted of 5 courses, there were 15 tables in the dining room, and 27 trays were used for each customer…
