HALF-DEAD IN A DRAWER

For many years, Paco Gómez has gone to the Rastro flea market every Sunday in search of photographs to rescue. Many of them end up becoming projects, while others remain stored in his studio, forming part of his vast collection. This has come to be known as “The Ministry of the Lost Image.”
Like Paco, I go to his drawer every Sunday to rescue some of these images and give them a second life. I also rescue some from José Luis de la Parra’s Gombau Collection.
